Senior Project Manager
Connor Space first joined McGrath Properties in 2016 as a summer intern. Things clicked immediately and Connor returned for the following two summers while he finished his degree at Tulane University. Inspired by his time at McGrath working on the MacArthur BART Transit Village, Connor wrote an honors thesis exploring the empirical relationship between bike share use and subway trip generation in New York City. The paper served as a foundational study in the field of Urban Econometrics. In 2019, Connor joined McGrath Properties full-time, overseeing development of the Napa Valley Ruins & Gardens in American Canyon, CA.
Outside of work, Connor is passionate about travel and outdoor activity. He has spent time solo backpacking through Asia, Europe, and South America.
Connor holds a BSM in Finance and Economics from the Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with scholarly honors.
