Historic Downtown Truckee

In 2019, MPI acquired this 5,670 square foot historic brick building on Donner Pass Road in downtown Truckee. The building was originally constructed around 1915 as a saloon and is now a three-story mixed-use building with residential above ground-floor retail.

McGrath Properties plans to preserve the historic exterior of the building and execute seismic and interior upgrades.
