Overview
Barbara Li joined McGrath Properties in 2006 and brings decades of experience in accounting and financial operations. She interfaces and handles all of the banking relationships as well as the financial operations at McGrath Properties.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining McGrath Properties, Barbara was Controller and Corporate Secretary for seven years at Working Machines Corporation, a warehouse-management and order-fulfillment technology company in Berkeley. Prior to that, Barbara spent six years working at Jensen, Lardie & Wood, a San Francisco CPA firm serving clients in real estate, wholesale, retail, manufacturing, high-tech, professional companies and nonprofit organizations.
Barbara is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Since 1993, she has been a volunteer, then site manager, of TaxAid in Oakland and San Francisco.
Education
Barbara holds a B.S. in International Business and an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University.
