10130 Donner Pass Road, Truckee, CA: In 2019, MPI acquired the 5,670 square foot, historic, brick building located on Donner Pass Road in downtown Truckee, CA. The building was originally built around 1915 as a saloon, and is now a three-story, mixed-use building with residential and ground-floor retail. McGrath Properties plans to preserve the historic exterior of the building and execute seismic and interior upgrades.
