533 Kirkham Street, Oakland: In 1998, McGrath acquired the 1.1-acre, West Oakland, site from Red Star Yeast that had formerly been employee parking. McGrath redeveloped the site into a 215 stall, public parking lot that serves the active West Oakland BART station. McGrath plans on entitling the site for residential units plus commercial space.
