403-apartment, 25-story North Oakland tower to open in 2020

OAKLAND — The 25-story Skyline at Temescal tower at Oakland’s MacArthur Transit Village is scheduled to open summer 2020, and include 403 apartments and 13,000 square feet of retail space.
