Terrence (Terry) McGrath has over twenty-five years of experience in commercial real estate throughout the Bay Area. During the first fifteen years (1982 – 1996) of his career, he worked as a commercial real estate broker and founded several firms including Comcore Commercial Real Estate, Aegis Realty Partners and Aegis Equity Partners.
Barbara Li joined McGrath Properties in 2006 and brings over 16 years of experience in accounting and financial operations. She interfaces and handles all of the banking relationships as well as the financial operations at McGrath Properties.
Scott Bovard joined McGrath Properties in 2016. Having more than 20 years of experience in construction and commercial real estate, Scott came on to manage, what we call, special projects. He quickly transitioned to the development team where he proved invaluable in the approval process—organizing presentations and mediating public meetings.
Adriana Perrier joined McGrath Properties in November of 2006 where she takes care of daily bookkeeping activities under the supervision of Barbara Li.
